For water/sewer payments click link below

You also have the option to print a paper copy of the bill for mailing or can pay online via e-check, debit or credit card. A service fee will be collected by the credit card processing company. Interested in becoming involved in the community? There are vacancies on the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS! Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the Village of Black River.
If interested, please send a letter of interest to: Village of Black River 107 Jefferson Place Black River NY 13612 The Village Mayor and Board of Trustees want to inform the community that they collectively disapprove of the proposed solar project on the western side of the village.
We also want to make residents aware that no decisions have been made regarding a PILOT on taxes and that no money has been given towards a PILOT at this time. Please see below the letter that was sent to Jefferson County Industrial Development Agency and New Leaf Energy from Mayor Leonard. Honey Ridge Solar Project Letter of Disapproval We are pleased to announce that the Community Action Planning Council (CAPC) will be bringing their mobile food pantry to the Village on the first Monday of each month. The pantry will be set up at the gazebo downtown near W. Dexter St. and Public Square between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. This pantry is open to eligible residents of Jefferson County. Recyclables must be clean or they will not be collected. The village may lose their privilege at the recycling center if there are dirty recyclables. **Recyclables in bags will not be collected** Black River Improvement Committee (B.R.I.C) is pleased to announce the start up of a Village Facebook page! The Village has implemented the Immediate Response Information System (IRIS) which is a system used for broadcasting alerts and/or notifications via phone, text or email. We utilize this system for emergency notifications, event and bill reminders, etc. Each household (user) is allowed three phone or text devices and two email addresses. You may choose which method(s) you prefer. If you wish to participate you may enter your information below.
